What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it removed.

Who we are
Rawstocks LLC ("Rawstocks", "we", "us") operates rawstocksllc.com and the Rawstocks Discord community. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — email address and Discord username or ID when you subscribe
- Billing information — processed by Stripe through the Whop platform. We never see or store your full card number. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status only.
- Correspondence — anything you send us by email or in Discord
- Community content — messages you post in the Discord server
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, engagement information, referring site, and approximate location associated with website visits
- Device data — browser type, operating system, screen size
- Cookies — see the cookies section below
We do not collect brokerage credentials, account balances, positions, or trading history. We have no connection to your broker and no ability to see or act on your account.
Why we use it
- To provide the service — granting Discord access, delivering alerts, running sessions
- To administer subscriptions and billing
- To respond to support requests
- To send service messages about your subscription, and marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site
- To detect fraud, abuse and account sharing
- To meet legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
We share limited data with service providers who need it to make the service work:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential — keeping you signed in and the site functioning. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — understanding which pages are used and where visitors come from.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and analytics cookies can be blocked without affecting your ability to use the site. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of it.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, security, or compliance obligations. You may request deletion by emailing support@rawstocksllc.com. We will honor valid deletion requests subject to information we are permitted or required to retain.
- Account data — retained while needed to provide or administer your account and thereafter as reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes
- Support correspondence — retained as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain records, and resolve disputes
- Billing and transaction records — retained for the period reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations
- Analytics — retained according to the retention settings and practices of the analytics services we use
- Discord content — may also be retained by Discord under its own policies. Closing a Rawstocks account does not necessarily remove content previously posted through third-party services.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise an applicable privacy right, email support@rawstocksllc.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, limit access to member data to people who need it, and rely on established providers for payments and community hosting rather than handling those functions ourselves.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your own account credentials safe.
Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact support@rawstocksllc.com.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily US-based. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection law may differ from your own.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
